Processing Time
All orders are custom-made and require time for production. Please allow approximately 30–35 weeks for your order to be completed before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Responsibility
Once the order has been shipped, responsibility for the package is transferred to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
All shipments are insured for the full value of the order and may require a signature upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or not delivered, we will assist in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.
If the carrier confirms that the package was lost, misdelivered, or damaged during transit, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
