Yes. All flower drop-offs, including our Irvine studio and Los Angeles drop-off location, are available by appointment only. Please place your order before visiting so we can review your details and provide the correct instructions.

What is the difference between the Irvine studio and the Los Angeles drop-off location?

Our Irvine location is the main Florals Memories studio where flower preservation work is handled. Our Los Angeles location is a convenient partner drop-off point where clients can leave their flowers by appointment. Will I receive the exact drop-off address after booking?

Yes. After your order is placed and reviewed, we will send the exact drop-off details and instructions for the location selected in your booking.

Can I ship my flowers instead of dropping them off in person?

Yes. Clients may ship their flowers to us if local drop-off is not convenient. After booking, we will provide the correct shipping instructions for your order. You may also choose our prepaid 1–2 day delivery shipping label option.
