Flower preservation color correction is a careful, artist-applied step used to improve tones that have changed through drying, age, or fading. The goal is not to make every flower look freshly cut or reproduce an exact original shade. Photos can guide the palette, but flower type, age, dryness, damage, and storage all affect what can be achieved.
Color correction is required for accepted already-dried flowers. For other preservation projects, the studio assesses whether it is appropriate. Before work begins, we explain the realistic direction and how correction fits into the preservation order.

What To Know About Color Correction
Flowers change as they dry. Whites can warm, reds can deepen, and some petals fade or go uneven — even in the same bouquet. Color correction is a hand-applied step that can reduce flower's fading, uneven tones, and some discoloration before the flowers go into a keepsake.
It is required for almost every already-dried project we accept. For other preservation work, we assess the bouquet first and only recommend it when it will help.

Color correction cannot return a flower to its exact original shade, hide every brown edge, or make damaged petals look new. The result still looks like real flowers: more balanced, and closer to what you remember — not a factory reset.
