At Florals Memories, we offer several convenient ways to get your wedding flowers safely to our studio for preservation. Whether you are located in Irvine, Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, or elsewhere in California, we make the process as simple as possible. We also work with clients nationwide, so even if you are outside Southern California, you can still send your bouquet to us for preservation.

If you are local, you can choose the delivery option that works best for you. We offer free drop-off in Irvine, paid drop-off in Los Angeles, and local pick-up services in Orange County and Los Angeles. For clients outside these areas, we also offer prepaid 1–2 day shipping labels as well as self-shipping options.

Fresh flowers preserve better, which is why fast delivery matters. The sooner your bouquet reaches us, the better the final preservation result is likely to be.

How to Send Us Your Flowers

Prepaid Shipping

Prepaid 1–2 Day Delivery Shipping Label ($140)

We’ll provide a prepaid 1–2 day shipping label along with detailed packing instructions. You’ll simply pack your flowers and drop off the package with the carrier.

Self Shipping

Self Shipping (You Handle All Shipping Costs)

You can arrange shipping on your own and send your flowers to our studio. Please note: purchasing a shipping label directly from carriers (UPS/FedEx) is usually more expensive than using our prepaid label option.

Drop-Off OC

Drop-Off — Irvine, CA 92618 (Free)

Bring your flowers directly to our Irvine studio by appointment. We’ll provide detailed drop-off instructions after your order is placed. Please make sure your name is clearly labeled when dropping off your flowers.

Pick-Up OC

Pick-Up — Orange County, CA ($100)

We’ll come to you and pick up your flowers anywhere in Orange County, CA, and safely transport them to our studio.

Drop-Off LA

Drop-Off — Los Angeles, CA 90036 ($50)

Drop off your flowers at our Los Angeles partner location. Our team will coordinate the transport from LA to our main studio. Please make sure your name is clearly labeled when dropping off your flowers. Please note that Los Angeles drop-off is available by appointment only after your order is placed.

Pick-Up LA

Pick-Up — Los Angeles, CA ($200)

We’ll pick up your flowers anywhere in Los Angeles and deliver them directly to our studio.
