Before shipping your flowers, please let us know which items you would like to order.
It is important to understand that an entire bouquet cannot usually be preserved in full. During the wedding flower preservation process, we carefully select the freshest and most suitable flowers and greenery from the bouquet based on the items ordered.
Only the flowers that are best suited for the artwork will be used. We do not return unused flowers.
For example, if you choose a 12×8 resin tray, and your bouquet contains many flowers, we will select the best blooms for that specific design. Any flowers that are not used for the piece will be discarded.
If you would like to preserve your bouquet as close to its original appearance as possible, we strongly recommend choosing a Shadow Box or a Resin Block.
Certain flowers — such as calla lilies, dahlias, carnations, protea, and other large tropical blooms — are best preserved using 3D bouquet preservation formats.
These formats help maintain the natural structure and three-dimensional beauty of the flowers. Pressed flower preservation is also possible, but please keep in mind that flowers will be flattened and may look very different from their original shape.
To improve color appearance, we offer an optional Color Correction service (see the Color Correction page for details).
If the flowers are no longer fresh, it may still be possible to work with separate petals or greenery. In some cases, damaged or wilted flowers can be replaced for an additional fee.
When working with resin flower preservation, very small air bubbles may occasionally appear in the piece. Each item is handcrafted, not machine-produced, and we always work carefully to minimize imperfections.
Shadow box frames may occasionally contain small traces of silica gel or tiny flower fragments, which can occur during the drying and delivery process.
The full bouquet preservation process typically takes approximately 30–35 weeks, depending on the flower types and the wedding season. In some cases, the timeline may vary slightly. We also offer Expedited Flower Preservation, allowing clients to receive their preserved bouquet faster for an additional fee.
Each project is created using our experience, artistic vision, and preservation expertise. While we always consider client preferences, the final design decisions are based on what will produce the most beautiful and durable result.
