Online order tracking is available for orders placed on or after 08/30/2026.

Why is there a Bouquet Preservation Order Status page?
We created it for our clients' convenience: you can follow your preservation order in real time and see exactly which stage your bouquet is at — from flowers received, through drying and pressing, to production and shipping — without emailing us.
When can I track my order?
Online order tracking is available for orders placed on or after 08/30/2026. If your order is from before that date, please contact us and we'll update you directly.
I can't find my order — what should I do?
Please double-check that you're using your initial booking order number (not a balance-payment number) and an email you used for the booking. If your order was placed on or after 08/30/2026.and you still can't find it, contact us and we'll help right away.
Which order number should I enter?
Enter your initial booking / order-confirmation number (for example #12345) — not a number from a balance or add-on payment. Tracking is tied to your original order.
Which email should I use?
Any email you used for your booking works.
