    Shipping

Getting your flowers to us from Santa Clarita

From Santa Clarita you get a handoff option no other area has. Bring your flowers to our Los Angeles drop-off point and hand them over exactly as they are — no packing needed. We take care of everything from there. You can also have us collect them, or send them in with a prepaid label.

Santa Clarita falls inside Los Angeles County, which means our Los Angeles drop-off point is open to you. Bring the bouquet as it is, hand it over, and skip packing altogether. We can also collect it from you if the drive does not suit.

Heat is the local problem. The valley runs hotter than the coast through most of the wedding season, and a bouquet left out through an afternoon reception in Valencia or Stevenson Ranch will show it. Get the stems into water as soon as the formal photos are done, and keep the flowers in air conditioning overnight rather than in the car.

If shipping is easier, our step-by-step packing guide covers packing the box dry and cushioned, and overnight service runs fine from Newhall, Saugus or Canyon Country. Either route works. Aim to hand the flowers over within about two days of the wedding for the best color.

    Why us

Why Santa Clarita clients choose Florals Memories

    • Flowers that still look like your flowers

Color, shape and presence hold instead of fading to brown and brittle. Roses, peonies, orchids and hydrangea each dry differently. Across 5,000+ preserved bouquets we have learned what each one needs. That is what keeps a bouquet beautiful years from now.

    • Made to be displayed

Every piece is designed to be seen. Choose a pressed frame for the wall, a resin block or tray for the shelf, or a shadow box with real depth. Each one is finished as art for your home.

    • You will always know where your flowers are

You hear from us as your piece moves through each stage. Nothing goes quiet after you book. Questions are answered quickly, by the specialists making your keepsake.

    • Designed around your flowers

Your keepsake is built around your bouquet, not a template. Pick the format, the frame or resin style, and the layout — floating garden, corner garden, diagonal cascade and more. Add an invitation or a photo if you want one. We guide every choice and confirm the design with you.

    Questions

    Frequently asked questions

Do I have to ship my flowers from Santa Clarita?

No. Los Angeles County has our drop-off point, where you hand the bouquet over exactly as it is — nothing needs packing. We take it to our Irvine studio from there. We can also collect from you, or send a prepaid label if you would rather ship.

Do you preserve bridal bouquets and other wedding flowers from Santa Clarita?

Yes. Bridal flower preservation is one of our core services. We preserve bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, and other wedding florals from Santa Clarita weddings and elopements, turning them into pressed frames, resin keepsakes, shadow boxes, and more.

How soon should I get my bouquet to you after the event?

As soon as you reasonably can — ideally within about two days. Keep the stems in water until you hand the flowers over. Nothing needs packing at all if you are using our Los Angeles drop-off point.

How long does flower preservation take?

Flower preservation typically takes about 30–35 weeks from the time we receive your flowers to when we ship your finished keepsake. If you need it sooner, expedited flower preservation (about 8 weeks) is available for $120 when capacity allows.

Can I get both pressed flower frames and resin keepsakes from one bouquet?

Yes. Many clients choose both pressed flower frames and resin keepsakes from a single bouquet. We advise on how to split blooms based on bouquet size, bloom types, and the condition of the flowers when they arrive.

Do you serve Valencia, Newhall, and other Santa Clarita Valley communities?

Yes. We serve Santa Clarita and the wider Santa Clarita Valley region, including Valencia, Newhall, and surrounding communities. Flower preservation works the same way across the state: you either bring your flowers to us or send them in with a prepaid label.

What if my flowers arrive damaged after shipping?

Flower condition after shipping can vary with packing and transit. Follow our packing guide carefully before you ship. If anything looks off when your flowers arrive at our studio, contact us and we will walk you through the options available for your order.

Do you only preserve wedding flowers, or other occasions too?

No. Memorial arrangements, anniversary florals, graduation bouquets, and other meaningful flowers are welcome for pressed and resin preservation.
