Most Ontario clients send a prepaid label. The cost comes from your ZIP code rather than a flat rate, so you pay for the distance and nothing more. Depending on where you are, a free drop-off at our Irvine studio or a trip to our Los Angeles point can be just as easy. You can always ship it yourself.

Ontario couples usually send a prepaid label, priced from the ZIP code rather than a flat rate. If driving is easier, our Irvine studio takes drop-offs free of charge, and our Los Angeles point is available too.
Inland heat is the thing working against your bouquet. Summer afternoons stay hot well into the evening here, and flowers left on a table through the reception will fade before they ever reach a box. Get the stems into water as soon as the formal photos are done, then keep the bouquet in air conditioning overnight.
Our step-by-step packing guide covers the packing — dry box, cushioned blooms, ready to travel. Overnight and 1–2 day service is simple from Downtown Ontario, Ontario Mills, Upland, Fontana or across into Rancho Cucamonga. Aim to send or drop off within about two days of the wedding for the best color and shape.

Do I need a local flower preservation studio in Ontario?
No. Our studio is in Irvine and we work with clients across the state. Most Ontario clients send their flowers in with a prepaid label. You are also close enough to drop them off in Irvine at no cost, or to use our Los Angeles point.
Do you preserve bridal bouquets and other wedding flowers from Ontario?
Yes. Bridal flower preservation is one of our core services. We preserve bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, and other wedding florals from Ontario weddings and elopements, turning them into pressed frames, resin keepsakes, shadow boxes, and more.
How soon should I ship my wedding bouquet from Ontario after the event?
Ship as soon as you reasonably can after the event—ideally within about two days. Keep stems in water until packing, then pack the flowers dry according to our shipping guide so they travel in the best condition.
How long does flower preservation take?
Flower preservation typically takes about 30–35 weeks from the time we receive your flowers to when we ship your finished keepsake. If you need it sooner, expedited flower preservation (about 8 weeks) is available for $120 when capacity allows.
Can I get both pressed flower frames and resin keepsakes from one bouquet?
Yes. Many clients choose both pressed flower frames and resin keepsakes from a single bouquet. We advise on how to split blooms based on bouquet size, bloom types, and the condition of the flowers when they arrive.
Do you serve Downtown Ontario, Ontario Mills, and other Inland Empire communities?
Yes. We serve Ontario and the wider Inland Empire region, including Downtown Ontario, Ontario Mills, and surrounding communities. Flower preservation works the same way across the state: you either bring your flowers to us or send them in with a prepaid label.
What if my flowers arrive damaged after shipping?
Flower condition after shipping can vary with packing and transit. Follow our packing guide carefully before you ship. If anything looks off when your flowers arrive at our studio, contact us and we will walk you through the options available for your order.
Do you only preserve wedding flowers, or other occasions too?
No. Memorial arrangements, anniversary florals, graduation bouquets, and other meaningful flowers are welcome for pressed and resin preservation.
