From Fresno, a prepaid label is almost always the practical choice. The cost is worked out from your ZIP code, so you are not paying a flat rate to cover somebody else's distance. Self-shipping is fine too if you would rather handle it.
Central Valley heat is severe through the wedding season, and it is the main risk to your flowers. Once the formal photos are finished, get the stems into water and the bouquet into air conditioning. An hour in a parked car in July does more damage than the whole reception did.
Our step-by-step packing guide covers packing the box dry and cushioning the blooms. Overnight and 1–2 day service is simple from the Tower District, North Fresno, Fig Garden, Woodward Park or over in Clovis. Send within about two days of the wedding. The quicker the flowers reach the studio, the more color holds through the drying.
